Terms and Conditions — Real Seal Coatings

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Services Real Seal Coatings provides professional epoxy and concrete floor coating installation services for residential and commercial properties in the Greater Houston, TX area.

Payment Terms A deposit of 50% is required to secure your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, and card.

SMS Communications By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Real Seal Coatings regarding appointment confirmations, project updates, and service information. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Warranty Real Seal Coatings warrants all labor and workmanship for one year from the date of installation per our warranty policy.
